Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Scheduled appointments are subject to availability.
Customers are encouraged to provide advance notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in service delays or additional charges.
Derby City Disposal does not remove hazardous or restricted materials, including but not limited to:
Chemicals, solvents, or toxic substances
Asbestos-containing materials
Medical or biohazard waste
Explosives or ammunition
Fuel, oils, or pressurized containers
If prohibited materials are discovered, service may be refused or stopped immediately.
Small demolition services are limited to non-structural demolition unless otherwise agreed in writing. Derby City Disposal is not responsible for hidden structural issues, code violations, or pre-existing damage.
Permits, inspections, or approvals required by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
Derby City Disposal takes reasonable care while performing services. However:
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions
We are not liable for damage to items that are already damaged, unstable, or improperly installed
Customers must report any concerns or damage before the crew leaves the job site
Liability, if any, is limited to the cost of the services provided.
